⯁ By commissioning me, you are accepting my terms of service as they are listed here.⯁ By commissioning me, you are only purchasing my service as an artist for this commission, and a digital copy of the illustration.⯁ I will send you the sketch and flat colors for your approval. Any substantial changes after that will incur a fee of 10-30% of the commission's original price per change, depending on the complexity of the change.⯁ If the character you want drawn is overly complex in design, I may ask for an additional fee to cover the time needed to fully illustrate it.⯁ If you are commissioning any of my NSFW art, you must be 18 years or older.
⟢⟢ Copyrights/Usage ⟣⟣
⯁ I retain rights as the artist to display finished work for self-promotion, portfolios, examples, and on social media. If you need your commission to be 100% private, there will be an additional charge of 25% total of the commission's initial price.⯁ You may use, upload, display, and share your finished commission, but please do not take credit for the art or remove my signature. <3
⟢⟢ Work Speed and Schedule ⟣⟣
⯁ Your wait time depends on your position in queue! I usually try to get sketches for approval out to people within 1-2 weeks of the order, but depending on your place in queue, it may take a little longer to get you the finished piece.You can check for updates, wips, and your position by visiting my Commission Queue or checking on the discord server!
⟢⟢ Payment and Refunds ⟣⟣
⯁ Due to the nature of my services, I cannot issue refunds unless I completely fail to complete your commission. If the latter happens, you will receive the refund in full.⯁ Payment is due up front before I begin the work.⯁ Payment is currently through PayPal & Invoicing only.
⟢⟢ Commissioning Rules ⟣⟣
⯁ Make sure you already know what you want commissioned and have references ready and the commission form filled out and e-mailed or DM'd to me.⯁ Please do not change your mind on what you want drawn in your commission after I have started to work on it. Every time you change your mind on what you want, it takes away valuable time I could be drawing it for you. What you order is final, save for small adjustments or changes. Once your order is in, it's in. We're Leeroy Jenkins'ing this thing.
